Another Brazilian foreign fighter has survived the Russian strike on an Ukrainian training base and stated:

In a message likely intended for the U.S. and NATO, Russian forces strike base in western Ukraine an hour west of Lviv near Polish border. Yavoriv training center is where Florida Army National Guard evacuated from just before the war started.

In late December I gave a briefing for Florida National Guard soldiers based at Yavoriv. At that time, they talked about possibly moving into Poland due to cyberattack threats/loss of communications should Russia launch a full-scale war.

From an American volunteer on the front lines outside of Kyiv:
— Nolan Peterson (@nolanwpeterson) March 13, 2022
"Sitting close to the frontline, the last safe mode of transportation leaves for greener pastures. A core group of about 30 foreign fighters remains out of around 200 people who were here just minutes ago..." 1/
"Where is NATO? Where is the supposed good of western civilization?" end

A fighter from Brazil says he and others are now heading back to Poland & home after a Russian jet hit their barracks and instantly killed dozens of his fellow foreign fighters.
